BSI Delegation Visited Getein, Discussing New Cooperation

On September 5th, Michael Weissig, General Manager of the Medical Device Business of BSI (British Standards Institution), and his team visited Getein Biotech, aiming to conduct in-depth discussions on international certification and market access of medical device products. The core management team of BSI's medical device business headquarters, business leaders in the Asia-Pacific and China regions, together with the senior team represented by Dr. Enben Su, General Manager of Getein Biotech, and international trade team, attended the event.

Introduction of BSI

Founded in 1901, BSI, full name British Standards Institution, is the world's first national standards organization and currently an authoritative commercial standards company internationally. BSI is a key member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), and plays an important role in these organizations. BSI Visited Getein’s Manufacturing Center

The event began with a comprehensive and in-depth visit to our company. We led the BSI team to visit the company's exhibition hall, reagent production workshop, instrument production workshop, and injection molding workshop respectively. During the introduction of the products in the exhibition hall, Mr. Alex Laan, Head of BSI IVD Notified Body, spoke highly of our company's full industrial layout of product lines, the diversity of products covering different medical needs, and the degree of product innovation. During the visit to the production workshops, the BSI team expressed their approval of our company's production scale and the standardization of the production process. Subsequently, both parties moved to the conference room and conducted in-depth and fruitful talks on business cooperation and future development.

Getein Biotech Deepens Partnership with BSI
