Getein Testosterone Fast Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Assay) tests are used to assist in the diagnosis of female polycystic ovary syndrome and male testosterone insufficiency.
Getein lnfluenza A/B Fast Test Kit (lmmunofluorescence Assay) is used as an aid in the differentiation of patients with suspected influenza A and influenza B virus infection in conjunction with clinical symptoms and result of other diagnostic methods.
Getein Anti-CCP Fast Test Kit is intended for in vitro quantitative determination of anti-CCP in serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The test is designed to aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
ASO Fast Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Assay) Intended Use ASO Fast Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Assay) is intended for in vitro quantitative determination of anti streptolysin "O" antibody (ASO) in serum, plasma or whole blood samples. ASO is a very valuable marker for the diagnosis of group A streptococcal infection, its titer can reflect the severity of infection. Some diseases will lead to a significant increase in ASO titer, such as wind damp heat, acute glomerulonephritis, nodular erythema, scarlet fever, acute tonsillitis. About ASO Streptolysin "O", a protein with hemolytic activity, is one of the important metabolites of group A streptococcus. It can dissolve the red blood cells of human and some animals. Streptolysin "O" has strong antigenicity. When human is infected with group A hemolytic streptococcus, B lymphocytes will secrete corresponding antibodies under the stimulation of streptolysin "O", that is, anti streptolysin "O" (ASO). This antibody can neutralize streptolysin "O" and disable its hemolytic ability. ASO began to rise one week after group A Streptococcus infection, peaked in 4-5 weeks and lasted for several months. As the infection subsides, ASO decreased and returned to normal value within 6 months. The disease condition can be judged by repeated measurements over time. The increase of ASO over time indicates the early stage of infection, decrease indicates the subside stage of infection. The lack of decline in ASO titer suggested the possibility of recurrent or chronic infection. RF Fast Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Assay) Intended Use RF Fast Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Assay) is intended for in vitro quantitative determination of rheumatoid factor (RF) in serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The test is designed to aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). About RF Rheumatoid factor is an autoantibody targeting the Fc fragment of human or animal denatured IgG molecule. RF mainly includes four types of IgM, IgG, IgA and IgE. IgM is the main type of RF, and this test kit mainly detects this type. Specification Test Item Sample Type Method Storage Condition RF S/P/WB Immunofluorescence Assay 4-30℃ Detection Range Test Time Cut-off Value Shelf Life 10.0-640.0 IU/mL 10 min 15.9 IU/mL 24 months Applicable Device Getein 1100 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer Getein 1160 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer Getein 1180 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer Getein 1200 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer Getein 1600 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer
